AI Trust & E-E-A-T Audit
Enter a domain. We crawl the homepage, about, contact, product and legal pages, pull your App Store and Google Play reviews, and Claude turns it into a 0-100 trust score with the exact fixes that make ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews comfortable citing you.
Why we built this
Answer engines cite a handful of sources per response. In our own testing, the pages that get picked are rarely the best-optimised ones. They are the ones that make it obvious who is behind the content, what first-hand evidence backs it, and how a reader can verify the company. Most brands never audit that layer because classic SEO tools do not look at it.
Who this is for
- Marketers who see traffic falling to AI Overviews and want a concrete fix list.
- Founders auditing whether their site reads as a credible business to an LLM.
- Content leads building an E-E-A-T roadmap they can defend to stakeholders.
- Agencies who need a before-and-after artefact for client trust work.
Frequently asked questions
What does this trust audit actually measure?
It crawls your homepage plus the about, contact, product, legal and reviews pages it can find, then grades the brand on the four E-E-A-T pillars: Experience (first-hand proof you have done the thing), Expertise (depth and attribution), Authoritativeness (who vouches for you) and Trustworthiness (transparency, legal, payment and contact signals). It also pulls App Store and Google Play reviews to score how customers actually talk about you.
How does the customer sentiment score work?
We look up your brand on the Apple App Store and Google Play, read the most recent public reviews, and Claude summarises what customers praise and complain about. That becomes a 0-100 sentiment score that feeds roughly 30 percent of your overall trust score. If no app or reviews exist, sentiment stays neutral and the score leans on site signals.
Which pages does it crawl?
It starts at the URL you enter, then follows same-domain links to the first matching about, contact, product or pricing, legal or privacy, and reviews or testimonials page. The report lists every page it actually read, so you can see the evidence behind the score.
Why does trust affect AI visibility?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews summarise a handful of sources per answer. They favour brands that are unambiguous about who wrote the content, who runs the company, and where the claims come from, and they increasingly weigh public sentiment about the brand. Thin, anonymous pages get read but rarely cited.
My score looks low. Is that normal?
Very. Most commercial sites score 20-50 on Experience and Expertise because they show no author bios, no first-hand narratives and no independent reviews. That is exactly the gap worth fixing, and it usually moves fastest.
Will a JavaScript-heavy site work?
Only partially. We read the server-rendered HTML, which is also what most AI crawlers read. If your content only appears after client-side rendering, the audit will show very little text, and that itself is a finding worth acting on.
How often should I re-run it?
After each meaningful trust change: adding bylines, publishing an operations page, surfacing reviews, replying to app store complaints, or adding organization schema. Re-running gives you a before and after you can show stakeholders.
